Build a chat destination for a LINE Official Account. This URL scheme is intended for the LINE mobile app and is not a general link for personal accounts.

Enter the Official Account ID
Use the account’s basic or premium ID, with or without the leading @. Check that the ID belongs to the Official Account customers should contact.
Prepare a helpful message
Add optional text such as a product enquiry. LINE opens the chat with that text available for the visitor to review; the link does not send it automatically.
Test on a mobile device
Opening behavior depends on the installed LINE app. Test with the actual account on iOS or Android before sharing the URL or printing its QR code.
